Clinical need is based upon the results of a physical examination, required lab work, current medical history, appropriate follow-up care and a physician consultation by a HealthGAINS physician. HealthGAINS maintains contemporaneous medical records, readily available to the patient and, subject to the patients consent, these records are available to his or her other health care provider(s). Richard Gaines, MD and/or his medical assistant are available for questions and/or concerns during normal business hours (9AM -7PM EST, Mon-Fri) throughout the course of treatment. In case of emergency, immediately contact a physician or go to an emergency room.
