HealthGAINS Clinic does not provide any prescriptions unless a clinical need exists at the time of physician assessment. Clinical need is based upon the results of a physical examination, required lab work, current medical history, appropriate follow-up care and a physician consultation by a HealthGAINS physician. HealthGAINS maintains a contemporaneous medical records, readily available to the patient and, subject to the patients consent, available to his or her other health care provider(s). Richard Gaines, MD and/or his medical assistant are available for questions and/or concerns during normal business hours (9AM -7PM EST, Mon-Fri) throughout the course of treatment. In case of emergency, immediately contact a physician or go to an emergency room.
